Ministry of Worship & Arts

We believe worship to be the church’s first calling; our initial response to God who reaches far and deep into our lives with healing and restorative grace. Our Sunday service makes use of a variety of creative elements, ranging from a gifted worship band to a seasonal choir; hymns alongside praise songs, substantive teaching and Faith Stories offered by our laity. A diversity of style and content keeps our worship fresh week-to-week.

Adult Worship Team:
Harmonized vocals compliment a full band in leading an extended time of Praise and Worship.

Student Worship Team:
High school and college students lead our contemporary singing every 4 – 6 weeks. Vocalists and instrumentalists are welcome to participate.

Choir:
Students and adults, age high school and up, are welcome to join our choir ministry. The choir sings periodically in worship and prepares for significant ministry during the seasons of Advent and Easter, and other special events.

Media:
Individuals with an interest in audio, graphics, computer and power point technology are enlisted weekly in support of the church’s worship ministry.

Visual Arts:
Fine art, banners, decorative arts and sacred symbol are used to compliment our worship and enhance our worship space. A Visual Arts Team oversees this ministry.
